Shipping Domestic

 

Unless a product is unexpectedly out of stock, all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Should shipping of your order, for any reason, be delayed more than 3 business days we will let you know.

You can will receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order goes out. This email is sent to the email you include at checkout so please be sure this is correct.

Returns

 

We want you to love your product as much as we love making them for you. 

Should there be anything in the way of total satisfaction, please contact us within 7 days of your order being received so we can come to a solution. 

 

 

Order Not Received/Damaged

 

Please email cheers@matteapothecary.com to report any damages or not receipt* and we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please report damages within 24 hours of delivery receipt. We will require documentation, so please be prepared to send e-mailed photos of the damage.

*Please note that we do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments shown as "delivered" in tracking update. If a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address, the cost to reship is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
